Why is your selection so limited?​

We're just getting started, please stick with us!  At this stage, we do not have a ton of funds, nor do we have space for a huge amount of Xtra inventory.  See what we did there?  In all seriousness, please be patient.  As we launch things and get ourselves off of the ground, we will expand by offering more colors and sizes, along with new items and styles.

How can I customize my T-shirt?

In the near future, we will create a website allowing you to specially design each item, and tailor it to your liking.  For example, you'll eventually not only be able to select certain colors, but also be able to select or create your very own hashtag and "call out" the specific individual whom you know with Down Syndrome by name, or by relation (Brother, Sister, Son, Daughter, Aunt, Uncle, Niece or Nephew, etc.) 

Payment & Shipping

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Xtra-apparel.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Our website will use real time rates from USPS to determine what you shipping cost will be.

 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Xtra-apparel ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Xtra-apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 

Damages

 

Xtra-apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds

Xtra wants to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies.  If you’re not pleased with your purchase from Xtraapparel.com, just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement.  While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.

 

  • Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested

  • The serial number must be verified first

  • Xtra will pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions)

  • Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards
