At Xtra Apparel, every order is fulfilled with care. Because each item is made and shipped directly by us, refunds and returns are limited.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process exchanges.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All other sales are considered final.

  • Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
