What started as a personal struggle became a mission.

At Xtra, we believe clothes should adapt to the person not the other way around.

That’s why we’re designing apparel specifically for individuals with Down syndrome: fun, stylish, inclusive pieces that feel good, move well, and look even better.

Xtra Apparel was created out of a real need and a personal story.

When finding well-fitting clothes became a constant struggle for my brother, who has Down Syndrome, we knew something had to change.

So we built something different.

At Xtra Apparel, we design with purpose. Crafting clothes that fit real bodies and give back to a community we deeply care about.

5% of all proceeds are donated to organizations supporting the Down Syndrome community, helping advance inclusion, opportunity, and visibility.

But this is just the beginning.

Our goal is to become a brand that not only redefines fit and comfort but also creates jobs, empowers individuals with Down Syndrome, and reshapes the future of fashion for the better.
