Refunds & Returns

  • Because each item is made and shipped directly by us, returns are limited.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@xtraapparel.com with photos if applicable.
    • Exchanges: Not available at this time.
    • Refunds: Only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. All other sales are final.
    • Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days.
    • Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and promotions are non-refundable.
